ENTRY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The qualifying age for the event is taken as at 1 January.
2. Players must be a paid-up members of Squash SA through SportyHQ.
3. Players must be available to play the complete duration of the tournament.
4. Protective eye wear is compulsory.
5. Non-marking shoes is compulsory.
6. All players must mark and referee the match after their match.
7. The first, second and third round of matches everyday is required to be there at the start of the first round. Third round is to mark first round while second round warms up.
8. Players are to ensure that they are ready to play 30 minutes prior to their scheduled match time.
9. Any player arriving more than 10 minutes after their scheduled play time will forfeit the match.
10. The PARS scoring system will be used. High Schools (Par 11 best of 5), and Primary Schools (Par 15).
11. Players must abide by Squash SA rules.
12. Tournament referee's decision is final.
13. WPCC does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to players equipment or belongings.
14. Players agree that WP Youth Squash may use photos/images/videos of the players for purposes such as celebrating achievement and publicizing squash event and may be posted to any social media platform.
