Venue had no canteen eg. Not even cool drinks or a sandwhich.
Courts in very bad condition, only one court that was decent. One court was so slippery where they had painted some areas at the baseline line that it was actually dangerous / injury prone to play on, others very badly cracked and also quite slippery… lots of players were slipping badly.

Maybe could get away with at a more junior age group level but definitely cannot ply Men’s there.
Lines quite faded on some courts and with the cracks a lot of inconsistent bounces…

Official could not be found at all sometimes, did not let us know that in fact the opponent had not in fact withdrawn when he did not arrive for his 1st match in the morning of the 2nd Day but was still going to play his next match… opponent was very strong, which is good, and would probably have made finals, and probably won the Tournament, but instead ended up playing for 3rd / 4th place prejudicing the opponent playing for 3rd / 4th.
Maybe a rule change needs to be considered here that if you miss a match you cannot play further and are disqualified from the Tournament…
